Can I cancel or update my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or modify it.
Please take note that we may not be able to cancel or change your order upon request because our staff strives to ship out your order as promptly as possible.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number through email once your order is prepared for shipping so you can monitor its progress as it travels to you.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
A number of payment options are available for your order, including credit/debit cards, Affirm, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. Even for things that ship later or are custom-made, your payment method is charged at the time the order is submitted. By doing this, you can be sure that your order will be added to the list for expedited fulfillment and shipping.
How do discount codes work?
At checkout, just enter the discount code. For each order, only one (1) discount may be used.
Do you offer financing?
